I don't know how to change the file extension on Windows 10 (it used to be just renaming the file). After locating the video at last, I tried to copy and paste the video to desktop the video copied over to desktop but it says 0 bytes and I cannot play the video.
Unfortunately, several folders show up under DCIM and I can't find out which file was most recent. I plugged phone into PC (Windows 10) and tried to view video in folder. M4V and tried above, resulting in the same outcome with no help. My only option then is to click OK no other guidance to the issue is given. After I do so, it then says "Can't upload file: there was a problem uploading.
I selected video on iphone and clicked "save to dropbox" after waiting a few min, it tells me to select a dropbox folder. I want to manually upload a single video from my iphone X (latest iOS) to dropbox.
